This set of pictures was taken on the beach near Doctors pass when a dolphin was hunting in very shallow water.
The dolphin would wait for an incoming wave to get close to shore and nail his lunch. In very shallow water he would then make an u-turn to get back to the deeper water. This went on with such a racket that some of the bathers sought shelter on higher ground just in case.
